Fruit Smoothie – Tropical Fruits

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Fortisip Bottle Tropical Fruits
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 orange, juice of

Servings: 2

Preparation:

  1. Cut the 'cheeks' off the mango and scoop out the flesh. Slice off the remaining flesh from the mango stone, discarding the skin.
  2. Put all the mango, orange juice, banana and Fortisip into a blender and blitz until smooth.
