Elderflower and gooseberry smoothie
Ingredients:
- 30ml/1fl oz elderflower cordial
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 80g/3oz drained, canned Gooseberries in syrup
- 1 medium scoop vanilla ice cream
- 200ml Bottle Fortisip Vanilla, chilled
To serve
Servings: 1
Preparation:
- Blend elderflower cordial with lemon juice and gooseberries until smooth.
- Add ice cream and combine.
- Add Fortisip Bottle Vanilla and mix to give a frothy foam. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
