Custard
Ingredients:
- 400ml Full fat milk
- 2 tbsp/ 30g Custard powder
- 200ml Bottle Fortisip Protein Vanilla
To serve
- Pour over any of your favourite puddings

Preparation:
- Mix custard powder with 3 tbsp of milk to make a smooth paste
- Bring the remaining milk to the boil and stir in to the milk paste
- Return to the saucepan and stir over gentle heart until thickened
- Stir in Fortisip, bring to simmering point but do not allow to boil
