Custard

Ingredients:

  • 400ml Full fat milk
  • 2 tbsp/ 30g Custard powder
  • 200ml Bottle Fortisip Protein Vanilla

To serve

  • Pour over any of your favourite puddings

Servings: 1

Preparation:

  1. Mix custard powder with 3 tbsp of milk to make a smooth paste
  2. Bring the remaining milk to the boil and stir in to the milk paste
  3. Return to the saucepan and stir over gentle heart until thickened
  4. Stir in Fortisip, bring to simmering point but do not allow to boil

  • Protein per serving of custard: 10.9 grams
