Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 135g (1 packet) Jelly
  • 200ml Bottle Fortijuce, any flavour for a clear jelly or
  • 200ml Fortisip for a milky jelly, any fruit flavour

Servings: makes 4 individual jellies

Preparation:

  1. Place jelly cubes in a measuring jug.
  2. Add boiling water up to 280ml (1/2pt) Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add 200ml bottle nutritional supplement.
  4. Make up to 560ml (1pt) with cold water.
  5. Pour into individual moulds and refrigerate to set.

  • Protein per serving: 3.5 grams
