Jelly
Ingredients:
- 135g (1 packet) Jelly
- 200ml Bottle Fortijuce, any flavour for a clear jelly or
- 200ml Fortisip for a milky jelly, any fruit flavour
Servings: makes 4 individual jellies
Preparation:
- Place jelly cubes in a measuring jug.
- Add boiling water up to 280ml (1/2pt) Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 200ml bottle nutritional supplement.
- Make up to 560ml (1pt) with cold water.
- Pour into individual moulds and refrigerate to set.
