Banana honey porridge
Ingredients:
- 40g/11/2oz porridge oats
- 110ml/4fl oz whole milk
- 100ml (1/2 Bottle) Fortisip Neutral or Banana
To serve
- 2 x tbsp runny honey
- 1 small banana, mashed with a fork to a purée
- 25g/1oz demerara sugar
Serving: 1
Preparation:
- Place porridge oats and milk in a medium size pan. Heat gently, for 1 minute, stirring constantly to make a thick paste.
- Blend in Fortisip a little at a time, to make a smooth porridge. Bring to simmering point and remove from heat immediately.
- Place porridge into a bowl, stir in honey and banana puree. Top with a sprinkling of sugar.
