Dosage The number nutritional supplements you need to take each day depends on a number of factors including your sex, age, weight, illness and the amount of food you are managing to eat. The recommended number is often 2 bottles per day but remember to ask your healthcare professional how many bottles you should be taking.

• Store in a dry, cool place
• Shake well before use
• Fortisip Bottle is ready to drink and is best served chilled
• Once opened Fortisip Bottle should be consumed within 4 hours or stored in a refrigerator for 24 hours
